Suze Cook
Suze is the co-founder of elphin and runs the day-to-day operations. She brings decades of experience in marketing and entrepreneurship, having launched and led successful product campaigns at global companies like Microsoft, and built and exited two startups. Suze also founded the successful recruitment and headhunting firm rubymagpie.com, where she has connected senior talent with forward-thinking brands across marketing, digital and creative.
Her work as an executive headhunter has given her a front-row view of how widespread ageism is in the job market and how destabilising it can be for people navigating midlife transitions. Her focus at elphin is on helping midlifers realise that reaching this stage of life with a strong career doesn’t mean staying stuck or playing safe.

Jule Owen
Jule is the co-founder of elphin and guides its mission as a Non-Executive Director. With a background in product leadership and technology strategy, Jule is actively involved in shaping elphin’s long-term vision and social impact. Her focus is on ensuring the platform stays true to its founding purpose, empowering people to rediscover their confidence, skills, and direction at any stage of life.
